Past Clients Testimonals

Excellent tour of Rioja, we requested Beatriz winery circuit, all were different, visits and attention Excellent, all very personalized and focused in detail to the world of wine, hotel and recommendations a luxury! Greatly exceeded our expectations! Thanks to Beatriz!

Super recommended! My husband and I really enjoyed our honeymoon! Everything went perfect, the cellars were excellent and a very friendly treatment. We went to Tuscany. Thank you Beatriz for such a good tour, we are definitely invited to return!

We repeat with Viavinum for our wine trip through DOC Rioja after the wonderful previous experience in Ribera del Duero. Always attentive and personal treatment, great selection of wineries and charming experiences.

Viavinum and Ana are fantastic! Months before I left for Spain on a fun fueled trip with 12 girlfriends, I contacted Ana to help script some tours. I actually solicited three different companies and from the beginning Ana was the easiest to work with and came up with the most unique itineraries. In the end, we used her company for all of our ground transportation in Spain, a tour of Barcelona and another tour that included a full day outing to the Picasso museum, a Cava vineyard and outlet shopping at La Roca. First of all the tour guide that we had for the Barcelona tour was outstanding. This guide made the tour of the Sagrada Familia magical! She knew every intricate detail that will make me want to return in 2026 when it is complete. The tour to the Cave vineyard completely exceeded our expectations. We went to a small family owned vineyard that had splendid cavas. The visit included a tour of the winery, tasting and wonderful 4 course lunch. The highlight was meeting the very spry 85 year old owner/founder. The trip was topped off with a visit to La Roca outlet where Ana secured us 10% VIP coupons. Everything she arranged for us was executed in a professional manner. I have already recommended Ana to friends who plan to visit Spain the near future and will use her again when I return to Spain.

Tips for an unforgettable experience for wine tasting spain

  • Book in Advance – Many popular wineries require reservations, especially during peak season.
  • Dress Comfortably – Vineyards often have uneven terrain, so wear comfortable shoes.
  • Try Local Varieties – Don’t just stick to the well-known names; explore indigenous grape varieties for a unique tasting experience.
  • Learn Basic Wine Vocabulary – Knowing a few Spanish wine terms can enhance your experience
  • Respect Wine Etiquette – Swirl, sniff, and sip, but avoid wearing strong perfumes that can interfere with the wine’s aroma.
