Description
Rioja: Rioja is one of Spain’s most emblematic wine regions, known for its production of high-quality red wines, mainly from the Tempranillo grape. Its climate is continental with a Mediterranean influence, with cold winters and hot summers, which favors the cultivation of vines. The appellation has three subzones: Rioja Alta, Rioja Baja and Rioja Alavesa. In addition to its winemaking, the region stands out for its cultural heritage and picturesque landscapes. The combination of tradition and modernity in its wineries makes it an attractive destination for wine lovers.
Ribera del Duero: Ribera del Duero is another prestigious wine region in Spain, located along the Duero River, which is characterized by its robust and concentrated red wines, made mainly from the Tempranillo grape, known locally as Tinta del País or Tinto Fino. The climate is continental, with cold winters and warm summers, which contributes to the concentration of aromas and flavors in the wines. The appellation covers several provinces, with Burgos, Soria and Valladolid being the most representative.
